2008 Policies
In order for everyone to have a great time and really enjoy the experience of Dakota Rock Fest, there are always rules and guidelines that must be followed. By following these, everyone can kick back and relax and have a wonderful time together.
- Dakota Rock Fest is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, personal injury or loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- Please be aware of your surroundings. Dakota Rock Fest assumes no liability if you become injured.
- By attending Dakota Rock Fest you acknowledge and agree that your photo may be used in future promotional material.
- No coolers are allowed in the park or event area.
- Food or beverages may not be brought into the park or event area.
- Dakota Rock Fest staff and/or law enforcement has the right to inspect persons or parcels.
- No umbrellas, lounge chairs, ATVs, or bicycles. Be considerate of others with strollers. Try to put them in areas that do not block the view of others.
- All items left behind at the end of the event that are not identified become the property of Dakota Rock Fest.
- You must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages in any Dakota Rock Fest area and have a designated wristband on in full view at all times. Violators will be ejected.
- It is your responsibility to make sure that if leaving the event, you are properly marked for re-entering. If you are not, you will be required to pay full ticket price again.
- No audio or video taping of any kind is permitted.
- No pets allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
- Persons violating policies will be ejected and may be subject to prosecution.
- No refunds to anyone ejected for rule violations.
- No tailgating in City Parks prior to or during Dakota Rock Fest.
- No guns are permitted anywhere on the Dakota Rock Fest grounds.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO THE FESTIVAL!!!
Rain or Shine
In the event of inclement weather, the show will be temporarily interrupted and will resume as soon as weather permits. This will be the decision of Dakota Rock Fest who will consult with local law enforcement. Tickets are sold on a “rain or shine” basis, and no refunds will be given for delays or cancellations due to bad weather.
