                                                      ARE YOU READY TO ROCK?            

Advertised as the event of the summer.  WHY?  Because it is!

THURSDAY night is Freedom Rocks night..  All military past and present along with their families get in for free!  We've put together a dynamite lineup to serve up to those who have served this country.

FRIDAY night we've got nothing but rock!  With Mama Kin from Sweden, The Black Molly's from Chicago, Attention from Minneapolis (Who by the way are opentin for Bret on many dates this summer).  Then there's Far Cry from New Jersey releasing their brand new CD Optimism at Dakota Rockfest 2010. 
She's back-yes Lita's back from the island and she's rockin' like never before with a band that's going to shake the stage. 
Then there's the man from everywhere.  Our good friend Bret Michaels will once again take the DRF stage.  After all he's been through he's still bringing us the energy he brought us in the 80's.  If you don't come out to see this american icon you don't have a pulse.

If those two nights aren't enough, we're going to give you an extra day (and night).  SATURDAY we've got recording artists that are sure to melt the chrome off the bumper hitch.  Two more Kivel bands (besides Far Cry) will take the DRF stage as Talon and Tango Down once again rock the prairie.  A previously unannounced band is about to take you by surprise as our good friend John D. and his band the Hoodlums join the DRF lineup.  If that's not enough-pay close attention to the drummer in the next band Downtread-he's John's son and he does backline for the whole festival.  Our good friends from down south once again make their way north to rattle your bones.  Bombay Black is back!  You want to hear some Danger Danger?  Your going to as Ted Poley belts out the hits he helped make famous.  And how about a rock and roll party in the streets???  We've got AXE.  If you don't remember them look them up.  You won't be disappointed!  Then there's a band that needs no introduction when you hear the opening chords to "Flirtin with Disaster"-Molly Hatchet brings their unique style to the DRF stage.  Hit makers Warrant join the talent packed lineup at DRF.  They're sure to get you warmed up for Saturday night's headliner.  The incomporable Vince Neil.  The lead singer of Motley Crue singing all their hits.  We can't wait!  We're probably the only festival in the country with 3 of the most recognizable names of the hairband era.  Vince, Lita and Bret.  Let's show them that Dakota Rockfest is the place to be.

                    TICKET INFORMATION
As of Wednesday July 22nd tickets will be available at the festival grounds.  Tickemaster sales will stop Thursday at 6pm.  All ticket sales after that will be at the gate.
